Asset Management
The media housed in our FIRELOCK™ vault is managed with the industry-leading Total Recall™ records management software by DHS Worldwide. From the moment it is in our possession, each piece of media is given a unique barcode label that identifies the owner of the media and the media itself. Using state-of-the-art, portable barcode scanners, media information is communicated to Total Recall™, which tracks its exact location and status, whether it’s in your office, in our vault, or anywhere in between!

Using Records Connect, a feature of Total Recall™, you can manage your media and perform a variety of administrative functions online.

Service
Media rotation schedules are established in advance and Records Connect can be used to make changes to your order as needed.
Emergency service is also available. In the case of an emergency data recovery need, we guaranteed two hour delivery of your media.
You can be assured that your pickups and deliveries will be performed only our authorized company drivers. Look for their picture ID!

Protection During Transport
When it comes time to transfer you media from one location to another, AssureVault uses best available transport cases. These cases are specially designed to protect media, whether it’s tape, optical media, external or hot-swap hard drives.
